2. Purpose of personal data processing

 

The purpose of the customer register is the management of customer relations, communication and invoicing. By booking an appointment and using the service, the customer agrees to the processing of personal data in accordance with this statement.

A brief therapy relationship is not a patient relationship, but is regulated by the Consumer Protection Act.

3. Data content of the register

 

The information to be stored in the register is: the person's name, contact information (phone number, email address, post address) and billing information. Personal IDs are not processed. The entrepreneur handles the invoicing herself.

The conversations that take place are confidential. The therapist is not obliged to record any contents in detail. The therapist takes short notes about the meetings to guarantee the quality of the therapy process. Notes and possible other material (e.g. homework) are kept in a locked room. No electronic notes are taken.

 

An electronic feed-back form is used for service development. The notes are destroyed at the end of the customer relationship and other materials are either given to the customer or destroyed at the end of the customer relationship. The customer relationship is considered to have ended when 12 months have passed since the last meeting.

4. Regular sources of information

 

The information to be saved in the register can be obtained from e.g. from messages sent via www forms, by e-mail, by phone, via social media services, contracts, customer meetings and other situations where the customer gives out their information.

 

5. Regular transfers of data and transfer of data outside the EU or EEA

 

Information about customers is confidential and will not be disclosed to third parties without the customer's separate consent. The obligation of confidentiality remains after the end of the therapy relationship. The client's situation and the progress of the therapy process can be handled under the therapist's own supervision so that the client is not identifiable.

6. Principles of registry protection

Care is taken when processing the register and the information is properly protected.

7. Right of inspection and right to demand correction of information

Every person in the register has the right to check their information stored in the register and to demand the correction of any incorrect information or the completion of incomplete information. If a person wants to check the information stored about him or demand correction, the request must be sent in writing to the controller. The controller will respond to the customer as soon as possible, but within two weeks at the latest.

8. Removal of personal data from the register

The registered person has the right to demand the removal of his/her data from the customer register, which in practice also requires the termination of the use of the service.
